Generation Circus

Collaborating with the Generation Circus over 50s group has been a genuine partnership. Since proposing the idea of creating portraits in 2025, I've teamed up with director Emma Taylor to produce images that encapsulate the essence of the group. They challenge the notion of becoming invisible in later life, defy age-related stereotypes, and celebrate their accomplishments in pushing their physical and mental boundaries by stepping out of their comfort zones and into performance. The portraits were taken using my portable studio at Ware Drill Hall.
